Italian Superstar Jovanotti Performs At Free Concert In NYC's Central Park
Friday, July 30, 2010 at 01:00PM [New York] On what is being forecast to be a wonderful weather day, Jovanotti, one of Italy’s most creative and engaging singer/songwriter/crooner/rapper’s will be taking center stage at the 25th Anniversary SummerStage concert in New York City’s Central Park. A free annual concert that draws thousands of music fans from the tri-state area. Several other international performers are also slated: Los Amigos Invisibles of Venezuela and Natalia Lafourcade of Mexico.
The music video I selected is called “Baciami Ancora” (Kiss Me Again), and to tell you the truth, I couldn’t find a single video that represents his eclectic style - because many of them are so different. The one thing that remains consistent in Jovanotti’s songs are the contagious passion that he exudes while performing. I highly recommend this event for those of you in the area. I myself am on the West Coast, so I will make a few additional selections of Jovanotti’s music for everyone else to enjoy. Spero che godere!
